LICENSE & AGREEMENT
Neura Analysis reserves all rights to the information offered in the market intelligence reports available on this website. The reports will be made available to the buyer or purchaser upon the successful completion of payment. Once delivered to you, the report, including all files, images, any other pictorial representation of data included therein or generated by the Company, and any additional information shall be licensed to the buyer by the Company. Depending on the license you wish to purchase, the terms and conditions that will belevied on the said user license are detailed below. The company retains the entire title to the research reports made available through this website. By purchasing the research reports, you do not get the authority to transfer or redistribute to any other user unless expressly agreed upon by the Company prior to the purchase.
User License Terms & Conditions
Single User license
By purchasing a report through this website, you become a consenting party to a contractual agreement between the Company and you. Buying a single user license will enable you to access the research report solely for your individual use, obtaining all the rights applicable to the purchased report. The buyer of a single user license is allowed to print a copy of the report for individual use but does not have the right to reproduce, republish, transfer, or distribute any or all parts of the report or any other information related to the report but not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Multi User License
By purchasing a report through this website, you become a consenting party to a contractual agreement between the Company and you. Buying a report with a multi user license allows two to five users to access and download the research report at your location, obtaining all the rights applicable to the purchased report. The buyer of a multi user license may print up to five copies of the report. However, the users do not have the right to reproduce, republish, transfer, or distribute any or all parts of the report or any other information that is related to the report but not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
